Manufacturing with CNC Machinery

Our vertical integration production processes include the use of CNC machinery, including a beamline for 3D metal beam cutting, a press break for bending sheet metal, a laser able to cut steel sheets up to one inch thick, a milling machine for drilling, and a router for cutting and carving plastic and wood.

Testing/Commissioning

We execute off-site testing and commissioning to ensure the functionality and reliability of installations. We perform factory witness testing, NETA testing, and full load functional testing up to 3MW.

Specialized Logistics

Our logistics specialists perform safety reviews and site assessments, develop detailed delivery routes, coordinate lifting and rigging, and utilize environmental controls to protect modules through transport and installation.

Installation/Turnover

We reduce time for installation, on-site commissioning, and turnover through early testing, data sharing, and customer collaboration using InfraLink® software for a seamless transition to operations and maintenance.
